miRcode database
MiRcode provides “whole transcriptome” human microRNA target predictions based on the comprehensive GENCODE gene annotation, including >10,000 long non-coding RNA genes. Coding genes are also covered, including atypical regions such as 5’UTRs and CDS. MicroRNA family definitions and names are consistent with TargetScan. Site conservation is evaluated based on 46 vertebrates species.

TCGA tumor viruses
This online resource contains additional results and information in relation to our paper describing the global landscape of viral expression and integration in human cancer.

TCGA lncRNAs
We are using data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) to profile long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in thousands of tumors, as part of our ongoing effort to study the role of lncRNAs in cancer. This page serves to provide the research community with easy access to GENCODE lncRNA expression profiles for TCGA tumors, derived by processing of large volumes of RNA-seq data.
