Datasets for download
The archives below contain expression and copy-number profiles for GENCODE lncRNAs. We are currently using GENCODE release 11 (click here for more information).
Expression data for all GENCODE genes are included for completeness.
Expression levels are given as normalized (RPKM-type) values, and copy-number amplitudes are log2 scale.
