TCGA lncRNA profiles
We are using data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) to profile long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in thousands of tumors, as part of our ongoing effort to study the role of lncRNAs in cancer. This page serves to provide the research community with easy access to GENCODE lncRNA expression profiles for TCGA tumors, derived by processing of large volumes of RNA-seq data. This is enabled in part by the UPPMAX high-performance computing facility. The datasets provided here may be used for integrative analyses in conjunction with a wealth of other data provided by the TCGA. Copy-number profiles are also made available. Methods and results are described in this paper (collaboration with the Sander lab at MSKCC).
